1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Skore808 are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to any supported Malaysian payment method registered to your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any deposit that has not yet met the associated bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Skore808 processes withdrawals within 3 to 10 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.

5 Sports Betting Terms

• In cases where incorrect odds have been published due to a technical error ("palpable error"), Skore808 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the player.
• In-play bets (placed while a match is in progress) are subject to additional verification, and skore808 reserves the right to void in-play bets if the verification system cannot complete the process within the required timeframe.

If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, all bets (except markets that have been unconditionally settled) will be voided and returned to players. A weekly 5% cashback is calculated based on net Sports Betting losses within a calendar week (Monday to Sunday) and credited to the player's account the following Monday. Credited cashback is subject to a 1× wagering requirement before withdrawal.

• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct in the use of the platform.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Skore808 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the skore808 support team. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player within 5 business days following confirmation of account closure and completion of all required checks.
